Pool Updates for Summer 2026:

There is a new self-locking access door panel. Along with this letter you will have received 1 key fab. This key fab is directly assigned to your Lot# and address. Do not share it or lose it. There is a $50 replacement fee for a new key fab.
If you need a second key fab - please email me [email protected] and I will have one delivered to your house.
If you are planning on selling your house - these fabs need to be passed to the new owners along with a copy of this letter at closing otherwise there is a $50 fee/missing key fab.
THERE WILL BE NO LIFEGUARDS THIS YEAR - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
Be sure to bring your POOL PASS…although we will have no lifeguards it will help residents to know who should be and who shouldn't be at the pool.
All patrons must be older than 16 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian over 16 years of age.
Swimming alone is not encouraged.
Guests will be limited to 6 persons per household. A resident must accompany their guests at all times and is responsible for their guests and their actions. If pool capacity becomes an issue, this will be revisited.
Homeowners are encouraged to call the police if there is anyone trespassing.
The refrigerator is for community use during pool hours, items left overnight may be thrown out.
NO GLASS OF ANY KIND AT THE POOL
NO ALCOHOL is to be stored in the refrigerator - AT ANY TIME.
The side gates are to remain locked…if you need to use one of those gates for HANDICAP ACCESS - please be sure to lock it when you are in the pool area
PLEASE KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED AND LOCKED AT ALL TIMES

Pool Parties

Pool parties upon approval will be permitted for a $200 fee, which covers an extra lifeguard and pool/cleaning fees
A party permit is required for when a household would like to invite more than the allowed number of guests. Maximum 20 guests. If pool capacity becomes an issue, this will be revisited.
Pool party hours: Monday - Thursday from open to close, and Fridays from open to close, unless it is a holiday weekend. No parties on weekends or holidays.
A pool party request form and the fee payment must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the party date.

Pool Hours:

Pool opens for the season: Memorial Day weekend, Friday, May 22, 2026 3pm
Pool closes for the season: Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2026 9pm (may be extended)
Accessible Hours: 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week except in the case of poor weather or pool conditions as determined by board.
